CANDICE Brown and her iconic lippy was the creme of the crop when she took home the Bake Off trophy back in summer 2016.
She got her skates on in a bid to show off new talents in the latest series of Dancing on Ice – but was the first contestant to leave the show. Here's what we know about Candice…
Candice, 32, was a Bedfordshire based PE teacher with a passion for pies, cakes and baking pyjamas with high heels on.
Inspired by the 2015 series, she applied to compete in Britain's most popular cooking show The Great British Bake Off a year later.
She competed alongside talented amateur cooks Andrew Smyth and Jane Beedle, before all three of them made it to the final.
With her incredible creations, she eventually impressed Paul Hollywood and Mary Berry enough to win.
Asked what got her into baking, Candice revealed that her Nan was a big influence, adding that she'd love to become "even half the lady she was".
Candice now has a huge online following and nearly 150k Instagram followers.
During her time in the competition Candice was named star baker three times – more than any other contestant in the series.
She made an impression on the judges with her gingerbread show stopper, marzipan peacock and botanical week creations.
Candice has been a favourite with both judges and viewers throughout the series, and became well known for her ever-changing lipstick colours.
Vintage clothing fan Candice lives with her boyfriend Liam Macaulay, 31, in Bedfordshire, although grew up living in pubs ran by her parents in London.
There has been some controversy about Candice's romance with Liam, who she met in a pub — as a year before they met in April 2012, he was serving 16 months in jail for dealing cannabis.
He and an accomplice were arrested with £7,000 worth of drug as they drove from Edinburgh to Inverness in 2009.
In February, ex-convict Liam got down on one knee and popped the question to a delighted Candice after the 2017 National Television Awards.
Much confusion followed because Candice did not confirm the whether she'd said yes — but she has now revealed to The Sun that she is not, in fact, engaged at all.
Candice explained: "I wear a ring on my engagement finger purely because I enjoy wearing lots of vintage jewellery."
However in October 2017 Candice confirmed she was engaged to Liam and revealed he proposed to her in a car park.
At the Pride of Britain Awards in London at the beginning of November 2017, Candice was pictured sharing an intimate kiss with Bake Off judge Paul Hollywood.
The pair sipped champagne and Paul — who cheated on his wife in 2013 — draped a blanket over Candice’s shoulders.
Paul and his wife Alexandra have since announced that they are separating.
Hearts and tummies around the country will be warmed by hearing that Candice has since decided to pack-in the PE teaching to focus on baking full time.
She’s joined The Sunday Times as a columnist for The Dish and The Sunday Times Magazine, and is now releasing her first cook book called Comfort on July 13.
She's also made several TV appearances, including Loose Women, and taken part in a charity bake sale to celebrate Giving Tuesday, an alternative to Black Friday with people around the world being encouraged to do a good deed for charity.
Candice is signed up with a team of TV agents, so watch this space.
The festival-goer is a big fan of Glastonbury, and she regularly updates her Twitter with pics of her latest bakes and travels – though her pug Dennis and bulldog Harry get a lot of attention as well.
Dog fan Candice has adopted a third pooch too — a Pomeranian called Sybil who's blind in one eye.
The Sun Online revealed Candice would be part of the official line-up for the rebooted Dancing on Ice.
She joined the likes of Brooke Vincent, Kem Cetinay and Max Evans.
Candice was paired up with returning professional Matt Evers.
On the opening night, the pair were nominated by the public vote to face a skate-off in week two again the bottom pairing from the second show.
Unfortunately for the Bake Off star, that's where her Dancing on Ice journey ended, as she lost the skate-off to soul singer Lemar.
