Chanelle Hayes light-heartedly criticised Cheryl, after the Girls Aloud singer stepped out unveiling an incredibly-toned stomach six months after giving birth.

The mum of two, 29, said she “doesn’t think it’s fair” that Cheryl “does a million crunches while her mum looks after the baby”.

But after her words hit the limelight, Chanelle – who recently gave birth to her second child – has explained what she really meant by her comments.

“Ppl need to calm down- I make a passing comment about Chezza that she didn’t need to hide away until she was back slim because it’s setting… [sic]” the Big Brother star explained on Twitter.

She added: “A negative example for other mums out there who can’t just slip back into shape so easily and I’m enemy number 1 . Jeezz chill.

“The interview is about my gorgeous new baby not bloody Cheryl!Plus, like she gives a monkey what I think she won’t even know who I am,” Chanelle ended her rant.

Chanelle Hayes welcomed her second child last month, with boyfriend Ryan Oates, while Cheryl and Liam Payne welcomed their first baby in March this year.

After Cheryl stepped out in a flesh-flashing crop top a few weeks ago revealing her slender physique, she received a barrage of criticism from new mums over her post-baby body.

And after Binky Felstead took a swipe at her, Chanelle also expressed her frustration.

“She has all that money and her mum’s there all the time to look after the baby while she does a million crunches,” she said.

“I don’t think it’s fair – it’s put me off her,” Chanelle added to Reveal magazine.

It comes weeks after the bubbly brunette vowed to get back in shape.
