Charlotte Crosby looks in high spirits at launch of her new TV show as she's seen for first time since denying she owes ex Stephen Bear cash

The former Geordie Shore star today glammed up for the launch of her new TV show in leather trousers and a tight T-shirt.

She smiled broadly as she strolled down the street brandishing a bunch of balloons with her face on them.

Promoting her new MTV programme The Charlotte show, she wrote on Instagram: "[The Charlotte Show] has been a killer to make blood sweat tears have gone into this show.

"The cameras have been there 24/7…..capturing everything from when I wake up to when I sleep.

"My life isn’t simple. I’ve had some really really s**t times and problys the worst luck ever.

"I may seem quiet about certain situations but I ASSURE YOU … will see ALL of my answers to all the bulls**t out there very soon!!!!

Her outing comes as she vehemently denies ex-boyfriend Bear's claims that she owes him money from their joint business venture.

In a furious online rant on Monday, Stephen demanded Charlotte respond to his emails, calling the situation "b*****ks".

A representative for Charlotte told The Sun Online that the star's lawyers were now involved.

They said: “Stephen Bear’s libellous comments on Instagram today are totally false: there is no truth whatsoever in the allegation that Stephen is owed any money by Charlotte, her father or His and Hers Ltd."

Adding: "This matter is now in the hands of our solicitors.”

Bear took to his social media pages to demand money from Charlotte and two other companies.

In the video on Snapchat and Instagram, Stephen directly named Charlotte and her dad and told her he "wants her to reply to his f***ing e-mails".

Since their split in October, Bear made several public appeals to win Charlotte back.

Just before Christmas, he posted a picture of the former couple together with a long note on Instagram begging her to take him back.

But his efforts came to nothing as he told fans "it was a no" in a post on Instagram stories.
