And best friend Chris Hughes’ relationship with Olivia Attwood has also gone strength from strength since leaving the ITV2 dating show.

But it seems as though there isn’t too much privacy in their respective relationships.

Speaking to the Sunday Times Style Magazine, the pair – who recently performed their debut single – admitted they can’t speak to each other about their girlfriends over the phone.

“Our girlfriends go through our phones so there’s no point in chatting about them on text,” Kem confessed.

The former hairdresser recently made headlines after opening up about his romance with Amber – admitting things haven’t been easy between them.

“When Love Island finished there was so much pressure and then trying to juggle a relationship – it hasn’t been easy,” he told The Sun.

“We aren’t perfect all the time but we do talk about things; we communicate with each other.

“It is hard with the media. I am a really sensitive person. People are going to have opinions and it is hard. I try to walk away from it.

“Not everyone is going to like me – not everyone is going to think we’re the perfect couple, we know we’re not.”

Chris also opened up about his relationship with Olivia, amid speculation they were set to split.

Taking to Instagram, the hunk shared a snap of himself and the blonde beauty along with their ‘child’ Cash, with his 1.8million followers.

But it was his caption that had everyone talking.

Alongside the picture, he simply posted a confused woman emoji, a confused man emoji, and a baby emoji nestled between them.

Fans rushed to question exactly what this meant – with some questioning whether they were expecting a child themselves.

“Are you pregnant,” one asked.
