Coleen Rooney chose to remember Rosie McLoughlin publicly on the day that would have been her 20th birthday.
Coleen’s younger sister suffered with Rett Syndrome and passed away in 2013 at just 14 years old.
Taking to her Instagram account, the mother of three posted a black and white photo of Rosie smiling.

Coleen wrote to her 659k followers: “Happy 20th Birthday to Our Angel.”
Wayne’s Rooney’s wife’s fans flooded her account with condolences and well wishes on her late sister’s birthday.
One follower wrote: “Ahh beautiful young lady. Our thoughts are with you and your family. Treasure your beautiful memories x.”

A second person said: “Such a beautiful little angel still looking down on u an all ur family” and a third added: “RIP Rosie xx thinking of you all.”
At the time of Rosie’s death in 2013, Coleen shared her heartbreak as she wrote: “We are absolutely heartbroken to have lost our angel Rosie.
“So glad we ended our holiday short, due to her deteriorating & we was able to spend the last few days together with her and our family!”

Footballer Wayne has also previously shared his heartache at the loss of his wife’s sister.
On Rosie’s birthday last year, the 32 year old posted a tribute on what would have been her 19th year.
He shared a sweet picture of himself with Rosie, writing alongside it: “Miss this face every day. Happy Birthday Rosie.”
Coleen is pregnant with her third child with Wayne, as the couple prepare to welcome a sibling for sons Kai, eight, Klay, four and Kit, two.
