DANCING On Ice is reportedly in a crisis as several of its celebrity stars have come down with a knockout flu.
According to the Daily Star, contestants including Bake Off winner Candice Brown have been left hitting the lemsips and flu remedies in a bid to get better in time for Sunday's show.
Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby will be fronting the team when the show begins on Sunday night.
Speaking to his This Morning colleagues Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford ahead of the live debut, Phillip revealed the secrets behind what makes the show go off without a hitch.
Speaking from the specially made arena, he said: "I'll tell you now, if Holly and I go out onto the ice they put white carpet out and we walk in our normal shoes on white carpet.
"If we have to go out without the white carpet, there are special snow gripper things that you can put on the bottom of your shoes so you don't fall over."
Ruth replied: "I'd like to see those, particularly on Holly's high heels!"
Phil also took the opportunity during the link to show viewers around the brand new set.
He said: "It's specially built, it's taken months to build.
"It's an entirely purpose built studio and it looks to us, extraordinary."
As some of the celebrity skaters rehearsed in the background, Phil added: "When we first started the show years and years ago we were pretty excited, very nervous but excited.
"I've got to say the atmosphere in this studio now is considerably more excitement than it was when we first started."
Phil then revealed which of the celebrity skaters would be taking to the ice first, with the line-up being split across the first two weeks.
Skating on Sunday's first show will be Kem Cetinay, Jake Quickenden, Stephanie Waring, Antony Cotton, Candice Brown and Perri Shakes-Drayton.
Meanwhile Cheryl Baker, Max Evans, Brooke Vincent, Lemar, Donna Air and Alex Beresford will get their turn on the ice the following week.
No one will leave on Sunday's show, with the first skate off taking place the following Sunday after everyone has skated.
Dancing on Ice returns on Sunday at 6pm on ITV.
