The X Factor star shot to fame with sister Sarah in 2007 with their infections bubblegum pop sound but he's all grown-up now and has the pecs to prove it.
His latest social media post shows a dramatic transformation for the 32-year-old.
Not only is Sean sporting a peroxide blonde mop, but he's bulked up the muscle and proudly displays his enviable torso as he makes his way out of the ocean.
Donning a pair of navy knee-length shorts, Sean smoulders to the camera as he clutches his sunglasses.
One fan told Sean: "Opened Instagram in the office to this image. All the ladies now having a flush!! Cheers darling!"
Another put: "Given me hot flushes. Really full of surprises Sean Smith. Have you got anymore surprises in store?"
The star regularly updates his loyal Instagram followers with eye-catching snaps of his fitness progress.
One recent pic saw the singer in action as he pulled off a push-up.
As one half of Same Difference, Sean made it to the final of The X Factor in 2007 but ultimately lost out to Rhydian Roberts and Leon Jackson.
Despite being tipped to be one of the first voted off the live shows, Same Difference won the nation over with their unique spin on pop classics including S Club 7's classic, Never Had a Dream Come True.
The duo were mentored by Simon Cowell and they were signed to his record label after the show. Their debut album was certified gold but the band were soon dropped and disbanded in 2014.
Sean recently debuted his grown-up look while appearing on the Loose Women panel to discuss his upcoming music projects.
Sean, 31, and sister Sarah came third on X Factor in 2007, and as he spoke to the Loose ladies with his new bleached hair and muscular look, he admitted that he used to feel "asexual".
When Christine Lampard asked if it was “all about the sex now”, Sean replied: “Definitely!
“I was almost asexual when I was Sean from Same Difference and now I feel like I can just be myself and we can talk about all these things.”
Same Difference left the judges cringing with their wholesome bubblegum pop act, and Sean admitted that was never the look he wanted to go for.
“I went in there thinking I’d be Robbie Williams and I came out the H from Steps,” he joked.
And ten years later he also confessed that it was “weird” singing love songs with his sister after their routines raised eyebrows.
“You’re absolutely right, a lot of people who were watching felt that [we were too close], and I don’t blame them at all.”
