EMILY Ratajkowski has turned herself into a bronzed goddess for her latest photoshoot – where she stripped naked to recreate the iconic Venus.
The 26-year-old exhibitionist and model has never been afraid to bare all for a good photoshoot, and took inspiration from Boticelli painting The Birth of Venus for the new snap.
In the latest snaps, Emily is seen covering her modesty with her long-flowing hair covering her boobs, with her hands covering her crotch.
Standing on top of a cliff face, Emily posted the photo onto Instagram with the simple caption: “Birth of Venus 🐚”
Venus is the widely praised mythological Roman Goddess of love, and the embodiment of sexual desire, fertility and seduction.
Emily has never been afraid to proudly display her sexuality and has spoken openly about how it has become an integral part of her feminist identity.
Speaking to Harpar’s Bazaar Arabia at the beginning of January, she said: “I'd rather annoy people than hide my beliefs."
Emily, who is renowned for her risque photoshoots and steamy selfies – said: "I think a lot of people really feel that the idea of a woman being sexual or being sexualised is the opposite of feminism.
"That conversation itself can be can be oppressive to women, because you're telling them how to dress and how to act, which is actually the opposite of feminism."
The model has faced criticism over her outspoken thoughts on the subject in the past.
She admitted in the interview that there have been times when she feels like "hiding under the covers" from her critics.
Emily said: "I really try and live by the idea that other people's reactions are not my problem.
"But there are definitely times I would just love to lay in bed and hide under the covers and wish I didn't have access to the internet, you know.
"I have moments of feeling really beaten down by it and misunderstood and misinterpreted."
