The schoolgirl will be turned on by the family when she inadvertently puts matriarch Lisa Dingle in hospital with a devastating heart attack by spiking her drink with ketamine.
And with the risk of Liv being both kicked out of the Dingles and sent to prison, Aaron is terrified for her.
Actor Danny Miller, who plays Liv's older brother Aaron, said: "He’s terrified she could [be sent to prison] because obviously, she’s a target for her asexuality thing and it’s tough for anybody who’s struggling like that.
"And Aaron was in prison whilst struggling with the paranoia of what was going on with Robert and all that happened to him.
"He had mind games thrown at him and he was battered and bruised every day.
"Aaron knows Liv is cut from a different cloth but regardless he’s worried for her as he knows what it’s like to be inside and the possibilities of drugs.
"It’s a terrible time for the pair of them."
The Sun Online revealed how Liv is to face prison for spiking Lisa Dingle's drink and nearly killing her.
The schoolgirl – who is played by actress Isobel Steele in the ITV soap – will soon see her plan to spike Gabby's mum's boyfriend Daz Spencer, go horribly wrong when Liv puts it into Lisa's drink instead, causing her to collapse.
But when Lisa is taken to hospital things take a turn for the worse and she suffers a devastating heart attack.
And with her life hanging in the balance, Liv's secret is soon out and with the Dingles split over what happened, Liv could be facing a very long time behind bars when one of the family call the police on her.
Actress Isobel told The Sun Online: "I think she’d struggle, she’d make out she’s stronger than she is.
"She would struggle if she were put away and Aaron would see through whatever barrier she would put up. She’s a target and anyone would struggle in Young Offenders. Especially Liv."
