HOLLY Willoughby took a playful dig at Katie Price for her 'beautiful' singing voice after the Loose Women star performed an off key version of 'Congratulations' to honour This Morning's National Television Awards win.
This Morning triumphed over its sister ITV daytime show in the Daytime category at last night's ceremony, and in the video link between the programme's a video of Katie singing was played.
Her performance was cut short as panellist Linda Robson declared: "Oh shut up that's enough of that racket."
Meanwhile, Ruth Langsford cut Katie some slack and told the audience she enjoyed the song.
Back in the This Morning studio, Phillip said: "That was a lovely gift Ruth – thank you."
Holly then pleasantly smiled and added: "Thank you, Katie… beautiful tones there… lovely."
Hours earlier, Katie was caught fiddling with her phone as Loose Women lost out to This Morning at the NTAs.
As Holly and Phillip delivered a touching speech, the camera showed Katie's Loose Women co-stars cheering loudly as the former glamour model looked stony faced.
Katie looked bored as her co-hosts Nadia Sawalha and Saira Khan cheered on category winners Holly and Phillip.
Phillip told the audience: "We love getting up very very early even when it's cold and dark so that we can work on a show that we're so proud of. And I can work with someone who I absolutely adore."
Holly added: "I'm lucky to work with not only one of my best friends but the best team in the business."
The camera stayed on Katie as she played with her phone, while Nadia and Saira cheered
Katie Price had made sure all eyes were on her when she arrived at the NTAs
Holly and Phillip had posted to Instagram ahead of their big win
They were overwhelmed when they took to the stage, winning Best Daytime Show Katie kept her eyes down and ignored her surroundings
Holly also thanked Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford, who host the show on a Friday, sending love to Eamonn who was forced to miss the awards because of an illness.
The party-loving hosts also told the crowd it was "party time".
A source told The Sun that Holly and Phillip had asked for a more gentle show today, after anticipating another of their legendary nights out.
The presenting duo asked bosses to make sure the show was filled with fun topics so they could celebrate their win properly.
A source said: "They know they're going to have a brilliant night out so they asked bosses to make sure tomorrow's episode isn't a huge serious one. "Viewers love the show after the NTAs so Holly and Phil want to make sure it's as fun as possible for them."
Holly and Phil hit the headlines a few years ago when they went straight to work after partying the night away to celebrate another This Morning win at the bash and made a hilarious show in the process.
They appeared on screens still wearing their outfits from the night before at 10.30am the next day and the show has gone down in daytime TV history.
