The Love Island stars, who confirmed their split at the beginning of the year, are expecting their first child together.
Cara revealed her exciting news in an exclusive shoot and interview in OK! Magazine.
And now, Nathan has broken his silence on becoming a dad.
Nathan Massey took to Twitter after the news ex-girlfriend Cara De La Hoyde is pregnant with their first baby [N[N[Nathan Massey/Twitter]gt;
On Twitter he wrote: “Yes it’s true..I’m going to be a Dad. Its an emotional time for me and I’m overwhelmed by all the support from both my family and friends.”
Speaking exclusively to OK! Magazine, Cara revealed she had no idea she was pregnant until an appointment to remove cancerous cells from her cervix.
She confessed: “They have to check if you’re pregnant first, but I said to the doctor: ‘I don’t think there’s any need for that!’

“I was with my mum and we just looked at each other in complete shock. I went in for one thing and came out expecting a baby.”
Despite the break-up, the brunette stunner insists they have no plans to reunite.

“We’re still good friends,” she continued.
“He’s going to be there for the baby and I’m making him aware of all the midwife appointments and scans, so he’s in the loop and so’s his mum.”
