The X Factor judge Sharon Osbourne was question when fans noticed this [ITV]
Sharon Osbourne has had viewers in stitches so far on The X Factor this September.
She joined Simon Cowell, Nicole Scherzinger and Louis Walsh on the 2017 judging panel for the opening episode last week, and has already been very impressed by some of the stand out acts.
But as viewers of the show tuned in last week, it seems they were confused over one thing.
One person took to Twitter to state: “It’s funny how Sharon is always unable to make it to Scotland.”

Alesha Dixon came in to replace Ozzy Osbourne’s wife for some of the auditions in Edinburgh during last week’s episode.
Another viewer of the ITV talent show said on Twitter: “Is there a reason Sharon Osborne just refuses to visit Scotland?”.
While someone claimed she “boycotts” the country, another music fan asked: “Does Sharon Osbourne hate Scotland? Seems she always misses the Scottish auditions.”
But what fans might not know is that there’s serious health reason behind her absence.

During the summer when the auditions were taking place, a representative from ITV gave a statement on why the 64 year old was unable to attend.
“Unfortunately, Sharon is suffering from niggling back problems following surgery earlier in the year and will be unable to take part in the Edinburgh auditions,” they told The Sun.
The informed that BGT judge Alesha will be stepping in.
Earlier in the year, the mum of three opened up about her pain.

Discussing her health issue on The Talk in March, she said: “I was on the floor with them playing with toys and I got up. As I got up from the floor… I just felt this twist in my back at the base of my spine…And then the next day I couldn’t walk.
“What had happened was I had done my L3 and L4 disks damage and the L3 had kind of mushed up, but it had entangled around a nerve.
“So it was pressing on this nerve on my back that affected my legs. I couldn’t walk properly.”
“They tried to do it with an epidural to ease the pain – that didn’t do any good, so I had to go in and have surgery. And I’ve been in bed doing nothing. My life has just been like nothing.”

As a consequence, Sharon has had to take it easy — and stop wearing heels — until she’s fully recovered.
We’re hoping Sharon feels completely better again soon!
