Marvel Comics legend Stan Lee filed a restraining order against his business manager and personal adviser claiming elder abuse.
The 95-year-old Lee claims that adviser Keya Morgan has taken advantage of his impaired hearing, vision and judgment, according to court papers filed Wednesday.
Lee claims that Morgan moved him from his home and prevented family and associates from contacting him.
A temporary restraining order was granted against Morgan on Wednesday, authorities told The Hollywood Reporter.
The allegations were made after Morgan was arrested on Monday for allegedly filing a false police report.
Morgan called 911 and said burglars were in his house when in fact authorities were conducting a welfare check on Lee, according to police.
In the past, Lee has denied that he is a victim of elder abuse.
