The TOWIE stunner looked incredible as she showed off her incredible figure, while on holiday.

Joey Essex’s sister channelled her inner Baywatch star as she enjoyed a quick dip in the pool, opting for a red swimsuit with daring cut-outs.

The 28 year old scraped her long blonde locks into a tight bun, and accessorised simply with a pair of aviator-style sunglasses, letting her figure do all the talking.

The ITVBe star previously made headlines after shedding an impressive two stone.

She recently released her second fitness DVD – 20 Minute Trim – in which she encouraged fans to get in shape.

Speaking exclusively to OK! Online, she explained that she’s never been happier after getting out of a “hole” and picking herself up again.

“At the end of the day I’m doing it for me,” she admitted. “I wanted to lose the weight and I was approached at the end of April to do a DVD. I was just going to the gym and trying to find myself last year and I was lucky to be approached by a small company.

Despite coming so far in her fitness journey, Frankie faced difficult times and suffered from depression at her lowest point.

“For years I felt I needed help and I needed out. I needed someone to get me out of that hole,” the reality star continued.

“I genuinely was screaming for help inside. I’ve realised so many people have said you’re the only person that can get you out. It’s about having that strength.

“I’m going to do this and I’m going to be the winner. I’m not going to let these people bring me down. Why should I? I’ve had s**t my whole life.”

Showing off her new slim figure in the DVD, she admitted that her new-found love of working out has helped her to combat depression.

“It’s picking yourself up, and that’s what I’ve been telling a lot of girls on Instagram.

“You’ve got to pick yourself up you’ve got to find that inner peace because otherwise you’re going to get so lonely and so down.

“I’m really in such a good position. In one of the best positions I’ve ever been in my life.”
