Meghan Markle made a Meg-a fashion fail in Dublin with her bag…did you spot it?

But if her bag is anything to go by, the pair are already letting the immaculate royal standards slip.

When the Duchess Of Sussex arrived in Dublin with Prince Harry yesterday afternoon on a two-day visit, it seems she grabbed her gorgeous new £475 Strathberry tote in a hurry.

Such was the pace of the day – which had earlier seen the royal couple mark the centenary of the RAF in London – Meghan forgot to do something.

She left the anti-scratch plastic on her new bag.

The plastic was covering the protective studs on the bottom of her stylish new tan leather tote.

We've all been there – rushing to get ready and forgetting to fully remove excess packaging from a bag or the annoying label on a new pair of shoes.

But it's the first time we've seen it happen to Meghan whose style is nearly always immaculate.

And it's all the more surprising seeing as she travels with an entourage.

Among the group that travelled with the 36-year-old former actress were celeb hairdresser George Northwood and Meghan's private secretary Amy Pickerill.

You'd think the entourage is there to cover every last detail.

You just can't get the staff!

Later last night, Meghan wowed in a sophisticated LBD.

And if you're still wondering why Meghan was the only senior female royal not wearing a brooch at yesterday's RAF celebrations, find out here.
