With other top performers like Sunmi, Red Velvet, NU’EST W and more on the lineup, it’s no surprising that the annual K-pop concert sells out tickets fast.

With the announcement of “2017 Dream Concert” lineup, it seems fans can’t wait any longer to book a seat at the concert. Many people said that the lineup for this year was boring, but fans have proved them wrong. The tickets for the biggest annual K-pop concert went on sale on October 11 at 8:30 P.M. KST, and they were completely sold out within five minutes of sales.

On September 8, it was announced that “Dream Concert” lineup would include EXO-CBX, Wanna One, VIXX, Sunmi, B.A.P, EXID, Red Velvet, ASTRO, NU’EST W, MONSTA X, Ailee, HALO, LABOUM, CLC, B.I.G, DIA, gugudan, PRISTIN, Weki Meki, TRCNG, DJ Doc, Baek Ji Young and NRG.

One of the performers, EXO-CBX, just made their debut in Japan in May. The sub-unit of EXO debuted with a mini album entitled “Girls”, which was released on May 24. Seven tracks were included in the album that came in 4 different versions. They are title track “Ka-CHING!”, “Girl Problems”, “Tornado Spiral”, “Miss You”, “Diamond Crystal”, a Japanese version of “Hey Mama!” and a bonus track entitled “King and Queen”. The sub-unit sold 26,541 physical copies of their album on the first day, placing them second on Oricon’s daily album chart.

Meanwhile, Wanna One managed to rank second in the 30 “Power People” survey by Ilgan Sports. They were chosen for their power in the media. Not only they swept up all charts with their debut single “Energetic”, but they also made companies compete each other in order to have the group appear on their advertisements. The group, which was built through Korean TV show “Produce 101”, also brought home New Korean Wave Rookie Award and New Korean Wave Rising Hot Star Award at Soribada Best K-Music Awards on September 20.

The concert will be held on November 4 at the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics Plaza, celebrating 100 days until the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics.
