Former Big Brother star Kate Lawler has some huge news to share with fans.
The reality star-turned-TV and radio presenter informed her Instagram followers that she’d got engaged to her long-time partner Martin over the weekend.
“What a weekend in Bruges with the two loves of my life,” he captioned a photo of her engagement ring. “Thank you for making me the happiest girl in the universe Big Boj. I’m over the moon to now be your fiancée.”

Kate’s love life has occasionally made headlines over the years, especially when she was linked to Blue singer and current Hollyoaks actor Duncan James.
The 37-year-old Lawler was Big Brother‘s first female winner back in 2002, and has since parlayed her notoriety into appearances in Celebrity Love Island and the infamous Celebrity Wrestling.
Currently, Lawler is presenting an afternoon show on Virgin Radio, airing on weekdays from 1pm to 4pm. Her chatshow has also aired on Rock FM, Kerrang! Radio and Radio Aire.

Last autumn, Lawler reunited with former Big Brother co-stars Alison Hammond, Jonny Regan and PJ Ellis for a road trip to the Moseley Folk Festival that was filmed for This Morning.
“15 years ago I met these guys and it’s the first time we’ve all been together for 14 years,” she wrote on Instagram at the time. “The mother, or should I say brother of all reunions #BigBrother3 #FriendsForLife @moseleyfolkfestival.”
