Toni Braxton is ready to un-break her fans’ hearts!
The R&B singer is celebrating the 25th anniversary of her self-titled debut album by releasing her first solo album in eight years. On Monday, Braxton announced plans for Sex and Cigarettes, with her ninth studio album set for a March 23 release by Def Jam.
Braxton’s follow-up to her and Babyface’s Grammy Award-winning collaboration album Love, Marriage & Divorce will include the previously released “Deadwood,” a duet with Colbie Caillat, and the newly released single “Long As I Live,” which you can listen to below. No word if “Heart Away,” Braxton’s recent song with rumored boyfriend Birdman will be on the new album.
This spring, the singer is also heading out for a North American tour despite her ongoing battle with lupus. “I feel so blessed because the doctors told me I would never be able to perform, I would never be able to travel or anything, but, you know, whole different plan for me,” she recently told PEOPLE.
