Famously bacon-y band The Vamps want to get intimate with fans to promote the release of their newest album.
As the name implies, the ‘Night & Day: Up Close and Personal Album Tour’ will see the band tour their Night & Day album in, well, up-close-and-personal settings.
How ‘personal’ it will get, we’re not sure, but we really hope they do some Avril-esque awkward meet-and-greet photos too (there is a VIP package available).
Anyway, you’re here for the details, so here they are. The dates are as follows:
Sat July 1 – Birmingham O2 Academy (two shows in one day)
Mon July 3 – Leeds O2 Academy
Wed July 5 – Glasgow O2 Academy
Thu July 6 – Newcastle O2 Academy
Sat July 8 – Manchester Academy (two shows in one day)
Mon July 10 – Sheffield O2 Academy
Tue July 11 – London O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire
The shows kick off at 7pm each night, while the extra Saturday performances start at 2:30pm.
Tickets go on sale this Saturday (June 17) at 10am and they’re only £12. Given the price and the size of the venues, these could sell out quickly.
FYI, the album comes out on July 14, so you’ll be hearing it before the general release, which is nice.
We actually got up close and personal with The Vamps last year, where they gave us a few hints as to the sound of their latest album, and whether they were stealing songs from their signees The Tide.
