Taylor Swift might not be everyone’s cuppa tea at the moment, what with new single ‘Look What You Made Me Do’ dredging up all her feuds, but not everyone’s having a go at her.
Zayn Malik, who she collaborated with on ‘I Don’t Wanna Live Forever’, has defended her, adding that he’s not interested in listening to gossip about her personal life and he much prefers making judgments in person.
“I rate her as an artist, I think she’s cool, I think she’s successful, and I think she deserves her success because she’s worked hard,” he told The Fader.
“That’s just how I look at it. I did a song with her, it was fun, she was professional.
“She gets on with my girlfriend, they’re good friends. I don’t have a bad word to say about her. She’s cool.”
Taylor’s new music video, which is jam-packed with Easter Eggs and hidden messages relating to past relationships, feuds and rumours, has smashed YouTube records since it dropped last month.
A massive 43.2 million people checked it out within the first 24 hours, and now she’s racked up well over 311 million views for the video. Not a bad stat at all.
