Arsenal flop Granit Xhaka looks like Ali G as he wears striking £123 ASOS tracksuit

The Arsenal flop appears to have modelled himself on Ali G after donning an outrageous patterned tracksuit.

Xhaka is no stranger to fashion but he won't be parading on any catwalks in his latest number.

The 25-year-old was wearing Asos' 'Jaded London baroque velvet track jacket' and matching joggers, costing a cool £123.

He took to Instagram to show off the black and gold outfit, tagging his wife whose hand he is holding.

The former Borussia Dortmund man topped off his outfit with Gucci trainers – worth a whopping £445.

He regularly posts snaps on his Instagram account featuring designer brands such as Christian Louboutin, Dsquared2, Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci, Louis Vuitton and Diesel.

The Swiss star, who's in his second season with the Gunners, can afford some expensive threads after he signed a mammoth five-year contract for Arsene Wenger's side back in 2016.

But some Arsenal fans may wish he hadn't bothered following some of his performances this season.

Pundit Graeme Souness was the latest to rip into Xhaka after his showing against Manchester United.

Speaking after he failed to mark Paul Pogba for United's opener, Souness said: "Get there, stand up, commit a cute foul if necessary but don’t sell yourself as simply as that.

"That’s for the TV cameras and people sitting in Row Z. It’s kid football, it’s more of the same from Arsenal.

"That guy is 25-years-old and he’s been at Arsenal for two years. Is that the first time he’s done that in a game? I question no.

"This is a classic case of the central midfield player not doing his job properly. He goes to ground and this is 'look at me I’m working hard and trying to be aggressive'.

"He then stands and watches, allows Pogba to end up free in the box and he has the simple job of rolling it into the back of the net."
