Evander Holyfield reckons Conor McGregor must make Floyd Mayweather lose his cool to beat him
Most pundits expect Floyd Mayweather to easily beat Conor McGregor
And the two-weight world champ reckons McGregor’s best chance of beating his bitter rival is to make Mayweather lose his cool in the ring.
The Real Deal said: “I think it boils down to strategy.
“McGregor has to find some kind of way to strike Mayweather in such a way so Mayweather loses his cool.
“That’s the only way he can win. The hardest fight is any time when you fight somebody and you’re not sure what he’s doing.
“McGregor will try to do that (since he doesn’t move like a typical boxer).
“Only way he can have a chance of winning is, for example, if it’s a dull fight and Mayweather loses his cool and both swing at the same time and McGregor knocks him down.
“Is that possible? Yes. When you get in the ring it’s always a possibility.”

Evander Holyfield believes Conor McGregor’s lack of experience in a boxing ring could harm his chances
Holyfield added:”I think what people want to see is another guy, who’s not a boxer, to beat a great boxer in a boxing match.
“I think if Floyd doesn’t knock him out, I think that it will boil down to McGregor being a tough guy, taking a lot of punches.
“I think the fight can be a great fight if he takes a lot of hits from Mayweather and survives.
“Of course, you have to be so good to get so many people to pay that kind of money.
