The 35-year-old has been banned from taking part in any ‘fish based activity’ for health and safety reasons
REBEKAH Vardy has been ruled out of the upcoming I’m A Celebrity Bushtucker Trial due to a fish allergy.
The WAG, who is the wife of England and Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy, and Stanley Johnson were both told they weren’t able to take part in the next trial, called Flushed Out, as they had been prevented on medical grounds.
Now, The Sun Online can reveal that Rebekah, 35, is in fact allergic to shellfish, and ITV bosses have decided not to take the risk of exposing her to any type of fish.
Her best friend and former campmate Nicola McLean told us: “Becky is allergic to shellfish.
“Obviously they are conscious of campmates’ health, so they allergy test you and I know she has come back allergic to shell fish, so they won’t let her do any fish-based activity.”
She continued: “It’s such a shame as she would have been brilliant at it.

“I know swimming with fish won’t kill her but it’s all health and safety first.”
The trial will involve the campmate standing in a narrow tank of water along with the usual mix of jungle critters, trying to retrieve stars as the water rises.
It was revealed that boxer Amir Khan, who has already shouted I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here, had been picked by the public to take part in his second trial – and would be taking on the water-based task.
Last night viewers watched as Becky took part in her first Dingo Dollar challenge, which saw her getting a dunking.
The mum-of-thee was more than happy to get stuck in as she joined Jennie McApline and Denise Wise on the task.
As part of the game, which gave them the chance to win treats for their camp, they had to simply spin a wheel in a bid to land it in a “win” segment three times – but every time they failed, they were dunked into ice cold water.
