Oscar-winners and best friends Jennifer Lawrence and Emma Stone posed for playful pictures on the red carpet event in Hollywood on Saturday
EMMA Stone and Jennifer Lawrence rank as two of Hollywood's top-gurning actresses at the Governors Awards Show.
The Oscar-winning pair pulled faces, held hands and danced as they reunited on the red carpet at The Ray Dolby Ballroom in Hollywood on Saturday.
But despite their silly antics, the stylish stars look glamorous as usual. Emma, 29, wore an off-white dress with a high slit by Louis Vuitton, while Jennifer, 27, opted for a floral two-piece ensemble by Alexander McQueen.
Emma and Jennifer came first and third on this year’s Forbes list of highest-paid actresses of 2017 — earning £20million and £18m respectively.
On her relationship with Emma, Jennifer previously said: “We’re very supportive of each other.”
The Hollywood it-girls became firm friends after their mutual co-star Woody Harrelson introduced them.
Woody had worked with Jen on the Hunger Games franchise, and later starred with Emma in Zombieland.
The astute actor realised the two women had a lot in common and put the them in touch.
The Mother! actress and La La Land star have been close friends since, and say they text each other daily.
Despite rumours that their friendship was on the fritz, Jen and Emma looked closer than ever at Saturday's event, making each other laugh as they playfully posed on the red carpet.
"I love Emma. She cracks me up," J-Law told Glamour mag in her cover interview last year.
Us too, Jen. Us too.
