Melbourne's State of Origin forward Tim Glasby has joined Newcastle on a three-year deal starting next NRL season.
On the move: Tim Glasby is heading to Newcastle.
The 29-year-old, who has been a key part of the Storm's front row rotation, helped Queensland to win the 2017 Origin series and Melbourne to claim last year's premiership.
Knights coach Nathan Brown says the 106kg prop will provide experience and leadership in his young and improving squad.
"He is with the leadership group in Melbourne now and will also provide valuable leadership here at the Knights," Brown said in a statement.
The departure of Glasby is a blow for the Storm, who lost key forwards Jordan McLean and Tohu Harris ahead of this season.
