Michael Anello’s lawyers have reportedly drafted a lawsuit against the singer in which he claims the singer owes his company $221,329.51
MARIAH Carey's former security guard is reportedly threatening to sue her for sexual harassment.
Michael Anello is claiming the singer, 47, humiliated him repeatedly by referring to him as a Nazi, acted in an inappropriate sexual manner in front of him, and has also refused to pay outstanding bills.
According to TMZ, the Hero hit-maker's former security company has threatened the star with a lawsuit.
The website reports that Michael Anello's lawyer has prepared a draft of a lawsuit, which claims Mr. Arnello and his company are owed $221,329.51 from the period of June 2015 – May 2017.
As well as making claims Mariah had "stiffed" him on the balance, Anello also claims the star regularly humiliated him, and also acted in an inappropriate sexual manner in front of him.
He claims that as well as repeatedly referring to him as a Nazi and a skinhead, she just "wanted to be surrounded with black guys, not white people".
The draft lawsuit is also said to state that Mariah committed "sexual acts with the intent that they be viewed by Anello".
Mr. Anello claims that during a trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mariah asked him to come to her room to move some luggage.
When he arrived at her room he says she was wearing a see-through negligee that was open, and though he tried leaving she insisted he move the luggage.
Anello says he left the room and there was no physical contact between himself and the star.
The Sun Online has contacted representatives of Mariah for comment on the matter.
