SADIO MANE has arrived back in Liverpool in time for the third round FA CUP clash against Everton.
The 25-year-old returned from Ghana on a private jet after he attended the African Footballer of the Year awards.
Following the 6,000 mile round trip, Mane was greeted by a handful of the Liverpool players and Jurgen Klopp.
The Senegalese star attended the glitzy ceremony with team-mate Mohamed Salah, who was crowned as Africa's best footballer.
Mane took home the runners-up award, with Borussia Dortmund ace Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang finishing third.
Salah has been ruled out of tonight's clash as he is nursing an injury, but Mane is expected to feature.
Virgil van Dijk, who could make his debut against Everton after his £75m switch from Southampton, was spotted mingling with his team-mates.
Emre Can was also pictured outside Anfield after agreeing £85,000-a-week contract with Juventus on Friday.
And he could be named in the starting line-up with Jordan Henderson still suffering with an injury.
Dejan Lovren, Adam Lallana, Dominic Solanke and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain were all present.
Barcelona target Philippe Coutinho will miss Merseyside derby due to injury.
Klopp is reportedly expecting the 25-year-old to return for the huge clash against Manchester City on Sunday, January 14.
