Why it’s safe to ride with the Rams again

Rams (-3) over Cardinals (in London): As predicted here last week, the Rams were able to pull out the outright upset of Jacksonville by rebounding from a five-turnover outing against the Seahawks. They head across the pond to take on the Cardinals, whose offense finally broke out last week against the Buccaneers (38 points and 432 yards). With Arizona still sitting on a porous 4-13 against-the-spread run overall and the Rams having played in England twice before, including a meeting with the Giants a year ago, we’ll side with the NFC West leaders.

Jaguars (-3) over COLTS: The Jaguars are a division road favorite for just the second time in the past nine years, but deservedly so as they’ve posted a 6-1 SU/ATS run away from Jacksonville including wins over Houston, Baltimore (in London) and Pittsburgh in 2017 by a 27-point average margin of victory. The Colts return home on short rest and after blowing a 10-point, third-quarter lead against Tennessee on Monday. With the Jaguars alternating wins and losses so far this season, we’ll ride that trend here and call for them to grab at least a share of first place in the AFC South.

Last week (NFL): 2-0.
Season: 8-4
