TOTTENHAM stars Christian Eriksen and Son Heung-min are poised to sign new contracts at the club.
Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino is keen to reward the pair, currently earning £70,000 and £60,000-a-week respectively, with a bumper pay-rise.
Both Eriksen and Son have enjoyed a tremendous 2017-18 season so far and will be offered new deals to stave off rival interest.
Danish attacking midfielder Eriksen only signed a new contract at the start of last season.
But after scoring five times and dishing out six assists already this term, some of Europe's top clubs, including Barcelona, have been rumoured to be interested in making a move for him.
Tottenham, now famous for not paying their players over the odds unlike their Premier League top-six rivals, are now looking to act fast to tie him down to a bumper new contract.
Son meanwhile has also enjoyed a phenomenal season, scoring seven times in the Prem – second only to Harry Kane.
The South Korean star signed a five-year deal when he arrived from Bayer Leverkusen in 2015 – worth just £60,000-a-week.
He too is now set to see his wage increase dramatically to fend off all interest from rival clubs.
Meanwhile, Kane and Toby Alderweireld are two other players Spurs are aiming to tie down to big-money deals.
England forward Kane only penned a new £100,000-a-week deal recently and still has four years to run on his current contract.
However, as his stock continues to rise, Tottenham may feel forced into bumping his weekly pay-packet.
Alderweireld on the other hand – currently on £55,000 per week – has thus far rejected Spurs' offers of a new contract, knowing he could easily treble his money elsewhere.
