The Miz became an eight-time Intercontinental champion as he defeated Roman Reigns on Raw 25.
Reigns was controversially exposed to the open turnbuckle with The Miz hitting his trademark finisher, the skull crashing finale.
With a 1-2-3 pin, Reigns was surprising dethroned as The Miz celebrated a huge victory.
And WWE fans think they know why the ‘Big Dog’ Reigns was beaten clean in one of the big shocks of the landmark night.

Brock Lesnar is tipped to overcome Braun Strowman and Kane when he defends his Universal title in a triple threat match at Royal Rumble on Sunday.
And then the former UFC heavyweight king is expected to put his belt on the line in New Orleans against Reigns in a rematch of the main event at Wrestlemania 32, in which Seth Rollins stole the show by cashing in his ‘Money in the Bank’ in what was one of the greatest heists in WWE history.
Reigns’ odds to win Sunday’s Rumble match have dropped to 5/2 – but Smackdown’s Shinsuke Nakamura is currently the evens favourite.
