WWE star Jey Uso was arrested for suspicion of drink driving in Texas on Sunday.
The Smackdown Live Tag Team champ – real name Joshua Fatu – was released on the same day on his own recognisance after posting a 500dollar (£363) bond, Hidalgo police said.
A source reportedly told Pro Wrestling Sheet that Uso, 32, was pulled over at about 1am for a traffic violation and showed signs of intoxication.
Uso reportedly failed a field sobriety test and was charged with DUI and taken into custody.
Records reportedly do not show whether he took a breathalyser test.
A WWE statement reads: "Joshua Fatu is responsible for his own personal actions.
"We are investigating the matter and awaiting information from local law enforcement officials."
Uso's twin brother Jimmy was arrested for the same offence in 2011.
He was arrested again two years later for violating his probation and driving with a suspended licence.
The Usos are set to defend the Smackdown Tag Team Titles against Shelton Benjamin and Chad Gable in a 2-of-3-Falls match at the Royal Rumble on January 28.
But that title defence is at risk now with the WWE able to enforce a ban.
The Usos beat The New Day at October's Hell in a Cell to tag team champions for a third time.
