If you’re a soap fan, there’s a chaotic few weeks of schedule changes ahead. Coronation Street, EastEnders and Emmerdale will be moved, as all three soaps make way for live World Cup coverage on BBC One and ITV.
The good news is that we’re still getting the same amount of screen time for all of the shows, but they’ll be airing in different timeslots and some episodes will be joined together into hour-long editions.

Wednesday, June 27
8.00pm: Holby City
Coronation Street and Emmerdale don’t air their usual Wednesday editions tonight.
Thursday, June 28
Emmerdale and EastEnders don’t air their usual Thursday editions tonight.
Friday, June 29
7.30pm: Coronation Street
8.30pm: Coronation Street
The World Cup runs until July 15, but schedule changes beyond June 29 have yet to be confirmed. Confirmed schedules will appear here once BBC One and ITV’s games have been announced.
