The businesswoman – who is played by actress Lisa Faulkner in the BBC One soap – hasn't been seen in Walford since she walked out last year following her discovery of her rapist father's true nature.
Then she schemed control of the family business, tried her best to undo all the damage her father, brother and ex Max Branning had done before leaving.
But now with her brother's body having been found, Fi had an electronic comeback to Albert Square to help Phil Mitchell.
Max recently returned to Walford with new wife Rainie and the car lot in his possession, leaving its former owner Phil furious.
Phil was famously forced to give the car lot to Jay Brown by a blackmailing Max, before he bought it from an unsuspecting Jay as part of Fi's company Weyland and Co.
Having re-opened Phil's former business, Max set tongues wagging with how he managed it and now Phil knows the truth – Max doesn't own the car lot.
The hardman reached out to Fi to discover the truth about who now owns it, and fortunately for him she had good news.
The email she sent to Phil confirmed that neither Max, nor Weyland and Co own the land.
It read: "Sorry but Weylands signed the car lot over to Jay Brown.
"You will have to direct all your enquireies to him as own. Fi."
But does this mean that Fi could be making a comeback to the Square in human form?
Viewers certainly thought so.
