EastEnders shocks over unexpected twist as Vincent Hubbard is arrested for possessing drugs: As Vincent Hubbard and his family prepared to leave for their holiday, they were stopped by the police [BBC]
After weeks of planning and talking about it, Vincent, Kim, Denise Fox, Kush Kazemi and Carmel Kazemi finally began to set off on their holidays.
But just as everyone got in the car, police cars came racing down and stopped the Albert Square residents in their tracks.
As Vincent got out of the car, one detective questioned Richard Blackwood’s character: “Is there anything in this vehicle that there shouldn’t be Vincent?”
While Vincent allowed the police to do their job, Kim refused to believe what was happening and demanded to know why they were focusing on her husband.

“It’s standard stop and search,” the detective stated before a police officer found a suspicious package and set about arresting him.
But as Kim insisted that he had been set up, the camera cut to a shifty looking Max watching the shocking scenes unfold.
While Vincent remained quiet, Kim continued to shout out that they had been set up.
Earlier on in the episode, Max, who has made Carmel believe that he’s in love with her, told girlfriend Fi Browning that he had no plan to go abroad with the council worker, leading many to believe that Lauren and Abi Branning’s dad was behind the problem.

One fan commented: “Uh oh! What’s Max done, he has set Vincent up. #EastEnders.”
While another added: “Max has stitched them up! @bbceastenders #eastenders.”
“Max is so wicked, how could he do this to Vincent #eastenders,” asked another.
Max’s decision to target Vincent came after he blackmailed Steven into committing arson and then declared that he was on his own when Lauren’s partner thought he had killed someone.
