Georgia gets intimate with Josh hours after Niall shockingly quits Love Island

Love Island star Georgia Steel has been slammed for moving on too fast as she recoupled for the first time since Niall Aslam quit the villa in a shock move – and even started SNOGGING her new beau.

Georgia had said on Tuesday night’s show that she was gutted Niall had left without saying goodbye – but hours later, she not only picked new boy Josh Denzel to couple up with, she even jumped into bed for a make-out session with him.

And devastated viewers were shocked to see how quickly she moved on from Niall, even though the two had hit it off as soon as she arrived in the villa last week.

The new couple went to bed together for the first time, and as soon as the lights were turned off, the cameras picked up on Georgia locking lips with her new man.

"Literally Niall left that day and Georgia is making out with a new guy in bed that night. Jesus move on faster than a mugger leaving the scene of the crime," one angry Love Island fan tweeted.

"Knew Georgia was gonna move on fast from Niall! She was fuming when he got a date but when she got one, I’m keeping my options open!" said another.

And a third wrote: "Well Georgia took a while to move on from Niall leaving."

In the morning after their sesh, one of the boys joked to Josh about him kissing Georgia.

"We kept it PG, kept it extra PG," Josh quipped.

In the second recoupling, which was sparked by Niall’s dramatic exit some time between Sunday night and Monday morning, the girls were given the pick of the boys.

As expected, Dani Dyer chose Jack Fincham to couple up with, as she has since the very first day.

And Laura Anderson opted for her beau Wes Nelson, who she spent the night with in the Hideaway in Monday’s episode.

New girl Megan had gone back and forth about her decision, torn between Eyal and Dr Alex George, but she snogged Eyal moments before the recoupling took place, which certainly swung the vote.

Samira chose to stick by her man Alex, after watching Megan choose Eyal over him.

She had previously said she hoped Megan didn’t mess Alex around, knowing she would choose him if things didn’t work out with him and the newcomer.

And Georgia chose Josh after the two had a heart to heart about it, where she said she would choose him so they could hang out and get to know each other better.

Hayley finally ditched Eyal and went for fellow blond bombshell Charile, after their successful date on last night’s show.

Rosie, who went last, was stuck with Adam Collard despite having a huge go at him on Tuesday’s show for slagging her off to Megan.

But she was forced to pick him because there were no other options left, and decided to let him know how unhappy she was about the situation by telling him in front of the Islanders that he was the "last one left".

Rosie also told him that he had to win her over after destroying her trust by talking behind her back to Megan.

*Love Island continues tomorrow night at 9pm on ITV2.
