Was Georgia Steel and Jack Fowler's kiss on Love Island 'fake' after clips appear to reveal it was filmed 'more than once'

The smooch threw the villa into chaos with Jack's then partner Laura Anderson accusing Georgia of being a bad friend, after he told her G pulled him in for a kiss on the lips.

Georgia has always maintained her innocence, and the feud split the house.

There was further confusion when Wes Nelson, who was on a date with Muggy Megan on a nearby table, claimed he saw the kiss and sided with Jack, however, on a replay on Sunday's Aftersun his eyes were glued to Megan.

In a bid to clear up the mystery, host Caroline Flack showed the kiss from different angles, but student news website The Tab, realised something unusual: the footage didn't match up.

The first clip was filmed from the side nearest Wes and showed him and Megan kissing first.

But in the second Jack and Georgia kiss first, confirming the pairs shot the scene at least twice.

Love Island viewers branded Georgia "disloyal" for kissing Jack during their date.

She was slammed for her "snakey" behaviour after declaring she was "single and ready to mingle" prior to her date.

Keen to show she was being upfront and honest, Georgia told Laura she intended to choose Jack, but claimed she had nothing to worry about.

Moments later she was flirting over a bottle of champagne with Laura's love interest saying: "Don't get me wrong, I think you and Laura are lovely, but at the same time I have to look at a bigger variety.

"At the end of the day, I ain't here to take the easy route, I'm in here to be me.'

One fan raged: "Georgia is the worst kind of girl, crying wolf, making a huge scene to make Kaz feel less than human, and then trying to seduce Jack. She’s manipulative."

Another said: "Really gone off Georgia over the last couple of nights. Loyalty is not her strongpoint after all. #LoveIsland."

Someone else added: "Also proper cringed when Georgia grabbed Jack again to kiss him when he clearly didn’t want to.

"What was all that about? Like yeah you had to take a guy out on a date but you didn’t need to do that ffs #Loveisland."

Unsurprisingly, Laura wasn't too happy about the events, having had her previous partner Wes snaffled by Muggy Megan.

Meanwhile Georgia said she wanted to get back in the game and says she's "excited to have some fun."

She added: "I tell you what! Fun G is back and she’s going to have some fun!
“It is really nice to move forward now and put things behind me.

"At the end of the day it was a learning curve, I’ve learnt from it and everything happens for a reason.”

Georgia tried to defend her antics and claimed the kiss was "unintentional" – but feisty Laura had none of it.

Ellie Brown then decided to get involved and started shouting at Georgia for lying about being “loyal”.

As the row escalated Ellie shouted at her “you ugly c***”.

Laura later decided to end things with Jack, because she was torn about who to believe.  But on the following night's show things kicked off once again as Laura revealed she wanted Jack back and Ellie declared she no longer wanted to talk to Georgia.
