I’m A Celebrity’s Kiosk Keith actually doesn’t get payed for his role on the show [ITV]
Kiosk Keith has long been a legend of the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! jungle, but new reports suggest he doesn’t even get payed for his role on the show.
According to his ex-wife, Donna, the owner of the Outback Shack isn’t an actor, and actually has a second role as a set builder on the ITV programme.
She revealed that the producers spotted his “star quality” and roped him into playing Kiosk Keith for free.

Speaking to The Sun, Donna said: “They just get him on screen when they need him to do the shack. They will radio him and say, ‘Look, we’re doing the shack now, come up’”
“He goes up and does Kiosk Keith. And then he goes back to work,” she added. “He just thinks it’s funny. It’s just a joke.”
Kiosk Keith has worked on the I’m a Celebrity set since 2002, painting backdrops and building scenery.

The moody shopkeeper is also a father of four, and previously worked in the Australian army for four years before his time on the show.
Donna added that her ex-husband gets payed for his role as a set designer, but not for playing Kiosk Keith.
“He has to stay back sometimes to do some of the games for Kiosk Keith – that’s time when he should be at home,” she said.
Kiosk Kath recently temporarily took over the Outback Shack [ITV]
Fans were thrilled when Kiosk Keith returned to the show [ITV]
“He’s not getting paid the kind of money he should be getting paid for Kiosk Keith – Kiosk Keith’s huge.”
Kiosk Keith was temporarily replaced by Kiosk Kath recently, in scenes that baffled both campmates and viewers.
“Another celebrity has left the jungle, one of the biggest stars on this year’s show,” Ant and Dec said at the top of the show.
“Yes, unfortunately, Kiosk Keith has had to have a day off from the Outback Shack.”
Keith’s absence was put down to “personal issues” and he returned to the show shortly afterwards.
