The couple, who announced they were divorcing just months ago, looked very cosy as they held each other close in a tight embrace.
Dressed in matching white numbers, the pair were performing at the Royal Concert Hall in Nottingham on day six of their nationwide tour.
And they certainly put on a show. An insider revealed that doting Kevin introduced their passionate dance by saying to his dance partner and former lover: "Karen, you will ALWAYS be loved."
This comes after The Sun Online exlusively revealed Karen hasn't ruled out a reconciliation.
She told us: “It’s easier to hide than be open about things, but nothing has to crumble right away, sometimes people need time to heal and reflect what it is we need to do."
Karen added: "Anything can happen."
And if these photos are anything to go by, it might not be the end of the road for the well-loved Cliftons.
But before fans get too excited Karen told the MailOnline she'd be happy for Kevin to find love, she said: "I'd be ok if Kevin started dating. It's one of those things where if he's happy, I'm happy. You don't need to have drama, you don't need any negativity and you just need the same mindset and the same goal."
She added that she doesn't have time to date: "The only person I'm dating is my dog Becky and that's the only person I'm seeing, who I love very much. I have zero time to look for love."
She also claimed she would not be tempted to pair up with her Strictly partner off the dance floor: "I don't mix business and pleasure, I've always been very professional when it comes to Strictly and all my partners have always been very good friends of mine and I don't see it like that and I wouldn't want to get involved with any of my partners."
Though Karen revealed who her dream dance partner on the show would be : "The Body Coach would be my dream dance partner! I think he should definitely do Strictly."
The dance pro insisted there were no hard feelings between her and her estranged spouse: "It's great working with Kevin. It's always been great and nothing's changed with him.
Karen explained how the pair deal with professional and personal disagreements: "If there's anything we don't agree on we talk about it like adults but we're working in an environment where we're both very passionate about what we do so if there's any disagreement we talk about it and find the best solution.
The couple's tour has been rocked by reports that ticket sales have suffered, causing fear among their camps.
And some sceptics may view their sentimental kiss on stage as a ploy to increase interest.
This comes off the back of the pair performing raunchy routines in an attempt to lure in audience members.
The Sun exclusively revealed that the Strictly Come Dancing couple had split after months of speculation in March, less than three years after their wedding.
The news came after we revealed Karen had had a brief affair with accountant Stuart Wood.
More recently the Venezuelan temptress has been linked to stage designer Jon Bausor.
But the palpable chemistry certainly throws weight behind her not ruling out a reconciliation.
The Strictly staples both confirmed that they would be dusting off their dance shoes for the next series of the hit BBC show.
As well as the former husband-and-wife duo's return, three new faces have been announced.
Sicilian-born (and Italian Latin Champion) dancer Graziano Di Prima, South African (and two-time Professional South African Latin Champion) Johannes Radebe, and Russian-born (and four-time winner of the Italian Dance Championship) Luba Mushtuk have all joined the show.
The addition of the trio will bring the number of professional dancers working on the show up to 18 in total.
The eighteenth series is expected to launch in the Autumn – while the list of celebrities taking part will likely remain a closely guarded secret until nearer to the air date of the show.
