The reality star pair have been officially dating for six months and were chatting to the Loose Women about their plans to move in together.
Stephen then explained: “We are together every single day without fail so technically it could be a couple of years!”
He then got up and exclaimed “I’ve got a ring in my pocket” and the panellists gasped.
However, he quickly sat back down and said he was joking while Charlotte said she was “getting excited”.

The tattooed hunk’s girlfriend soon told him to shush, something she did again later on when he revealed the size of his manhood.
As the pair talking about their presenting career and the successful MTV series Just Tattoo Of Us, Katie Price joked that he has a “big ego”.
Brazenly, the former Celebrity Big Brother star fell about laughing after he quipped: “And a small willy. I’m joking.”
The loved-up couple also played Mr and Mrs with Andrea McLean, Jane Moore, Anne Diamond and Katie.

Charlotte’s appearance came as quite a surprise seeing as she branded her previous appearance on the show “the worst day of my life.”
The Celebs Go Dating star took to Twitter following Marnie Simpson’s appearance on the popular ITV programme – making a shocking revelation about her own time on the panel show.
Marnie wrote: “I just love the loose woman. Always so nice and friendly to me. I literally LOVE making a appearance on the show. @ITV @loosewomen thank u.”
And while Charlotte was supportive of her fellow Northern pal, she then gave her own perspective of her time on the show.

During her appearance on the show, Janet Street-Porter asked her if she was setting a good example to young fans by having surgery.
She addressed the feud during her interview and resolved to “bury the hatchet” and put it behind her.
