It’s Friday, it’s summer and it’s time to scare our selves shitless by looking through the brand new concept art for It. Yay!
Of course we already knew that the most anticipated horror movie of the year would be scary – it is R-rated, after all – but these latest images confirm it.

The concept art reveals the underground sewers of Derry as Pennywise’s creepy as hell lair, including a network of storm drains that you would not want to accidentally venture into.
“This is more than trash,” one caption reads. “These are the remnants of other lost children whose fears have fed the beast beneath their twisted town.
“The deeper they go, the closer they get to It’s hive.”

The good news is, It, which is scheduled for release in September, has got Stephen King himself’s all-important seal of approval.
Praising the producers for their “wonderful job”, Stephen tweeted: “succeeds beyond my expectations. Relax. Wait. And enjoy.”
Andres Muschetti’s It will open in UK and US cinemas on September 8.
