And, ever since Meghan Markle married Prince Harry in Windsor Castle, last month, young women everywhere have dreamed of snagging a royal suitor.
Not least because they want loads of money, power and status by simply saying ‘I do’ (even if it does mean treating blokes like success objects).
Still, their chances may be bolstered, this month – after a new TV series suggests the best way to woo an establishment husband.
Meghan Markle’s appearances
The two-part documentary airs on Channel 5 from tomorrow and is billed as "a light-hearted, top 10 guide on how you could follow in Meghan’s footsteps".
Entitled How To Bag A Prince, it includes quotes from Royal watchers, former MPs and showbiz journalists, including former editor of The Mirror, Eve Pollard.
It also features those who were close to Meghan when she was growing up.
In addition, it features an interview with Christine Knudson, Meghan’s former head teacher at Immaculate Heart High School in California, plus a never-seen-before letter Meghan wrote to a classmate.
According to the Daily Star, it also promises ‘to lift the lid on what really went on behind the scenes of Harry and Meghan’s big day.’
Specifically, it’ll speculate about who sneaked behind the bar to mix cocktails, who stepped in as DJ and what happened during a dance-off challenge.
How To Bag A Prince airs on Channel 5 , this Sunday. The second episode is broadcast the following Sunday.
