Sarah tells her CBB housemate Chad Johnson that the tattoo, the one on her left forearm, gave her “strength”.
She says: “It reminds me to have strength, I got it when we were half way through our tour rehearsals, because I’m not the strongest of the dancers.
“I wasn’t as dance trained as three of the other girls, two of us were more singers than dancers so I used to do extra time with my routines. Tour rehearsals for me were so tough. I used to have a mini meltdown at some point during every four weeks.
“Everyone would be dreading, like ‘oh god here we come, Sarah’s going to have a little meltdown when she can’t pick up the routine’.”

It’s been difficult for Sarah in the house after her spat with Paul Danan, while Jemma Lucy also blasted her and left her in tears.
In Tuesday’s show, Sarah discussed what happened with her and the girls and confessed she doesn’t hear from them anymore.
She told Derek Acorah: “It’s so hard to catch up with any of them, really. Everyone has got their own thing going on. Three of them have got families now… I haven’t seen or heard from one of them for forever. I don’t know where she’s gone.”
Sarah’s admission comes after her Girls Aloud band members appeared to snub her joining the Channel 5 series.

The only one to publicly share their support for Sarah as she entered Celebrity Big Brother was Nadine Coyle.
Sarah herself was accused of making a dig at the band when she spoke to host Emma Willis ahead of walking into the house.
