Will & Grace‘s much-anticipated revival will feature a wedding, unless creator Max Mutchnick is teasing us.
He’s posted an image of a page from the script on Twitter taken from an episode called ‘The Wedding’ which features a scene between Jack (Sean Hayes) and Will (Eric McCormack).
Unless he’s just messing with us by typing up a fake page, the episode seems to revolve around Will’s attempt to find a date to take to an unspecified wedding.
“I see where this is going. You ask me to be your date, you drink too much, you try to kiss me, I’m disgusted, you feel uncomfortable and end up giving me money at the end of the night,” Jack tells Will.
“I guess what I’m saying is, I need to borrow a grand. We can talk about it later when you’re plastered.”
Will then replies that he’ll go with his “Plan B” of no date, before Karen interrupts the pair of them by walking in with a monkey.
Why? We don’t know, honey.
Will & Grace‘s revival largely came about from a viral video released ahead of last year’s US presidential election. It proved so popular that NBC commissioned 12 all-new episodes only a few months later.
Last month, a hilarious musical mini-episode was released that saw star Debra Messing shockingly walk away from the revival.
Will & Grace returns to our screens this autumn.
