Chester Bennington Carpool Karaoke episode filmed just SIX DAYS before Linkin Park’s star’s suicide is released with family’s blessing

TRAGIC Chester Bennington laughs and smiles with Linkin Park bandmates in an episode of Carpool Karaoke filmed six days before he was found hanged.

Chester is seen jamming along to some of the band's classic tunes with other members Mike Shinoda and Jon Hahn, alongside comedian Ken Jeong.

The stars all dance to Outkast's Hey Ya and goof around dancing outside, with no hint of Chester's tragic death to come.

In a poignant moment, Chester tells Ken that he "just wants his kids to find something that they're passionate about.

"One of my kids loves sport- great. My daughters, they love music, they want to learn how to play instruments."

The 41 year old was found dead at his family home on July 20 2017.

Corden said the singer's family had the final say over the episode's airing, with the episode being on hold until now.

Apple, who are behind this series of Carpool Karoke, put a statement to the start of the clip, saying:

"With the blessing of Chester's family and his bandmates, we share this episode, and dedicate it to the memory of Chester."

Last month, Chester's heartbroken wife Talinda shared the last footage of the star before his death, showing him smiling and surrounded by family.
