Dashcam footage shows man in white shirt staggering towards oncoming car late at night as he walks in the middle of the road

Dashcam footage has emerged of a man walking head on in the middle of the road towards a moving car as it approaches him in the dead of night.

The unsuspecting motorist who was driving at the time was confronted by the man who was accompanied by a woman who was trying to move him out of the way.

The man on the road is then seen walking towards the driver who was forced to stop and reverse while the woman did her best to pull him away.

But despite her best efforts, she ends up on the floor and another individual is seen rushing to stop the man, who is filmed making a beeline towards the vehicles.

Footage of the bizarre incident was uploaded to the Spotted Spalding Facebook group – though it is not clear where and when it took place.

And locals were left unimpressed.

One person said: ‘Just goes to show it’s not just the younger generations.

The video was uploaded to the popular Facebook group just after 9am on Monday, June 11.

It has been viewed almost two thousand times at the time of writing and has generated numerous comments – most of which criticise the man for his actions.
