THIS is the moment Harvey Weinstein staggered into the road and tried to flag down a passing car after his worried daughter told cops he is "suicidal".

The movie producer was heard screaming "you're making it worse" after he stormed out of her LA home on Wednesday, TMZ reports.

The 65-year-old rushed to comfort 22-year-old Remy because she was "very upset and concerned for her father", Page Six reports.

The pair reportedly had a row and he stormed out of the house – causing her to call cops telling them her dad was "suicidal and depressed" as sexual abuse claims from Hollywood A-listers mounted against him.

She later had a change of heart and told officers he was not at risk of self harm after Weinstein came back to her home.

A friend told Page Six: "Remy overreacted at the situation, out of love and concern for her father, and called the police, telling them he was depressed and suicidal.

"This situation is of course very hard for Harvey, but he is not suicidal — his heart is breaking for his kids.”

It comes after a FBI probe was opened at the request of the Department of Justice, which is run by Donald Trump's Attorney General Jeff Sessions, Mail Online reports.

The US President has already spoken out against the explosive claims made against the Hollywood producer, saying: "I've known him for years. I'm not surprised."

Movie mogul Weinstein was a donor for Trump's rival Hillary Clinton, who turned her back on him on Tuesday as more allegations came to light.

In the past 24 hours multiple women – including Angelina Jolie and Gwyneth Paltrow – have made accusations against the Hollywood producer.

Weinstein had been expected to fly to rehab in Europe to treat his sex addiction after his wife Georgina Chapman left him.

But it has now been revealed he will be staying Stateside for his treatment, allegedly jetting off from LA to Arizona last night.

There are numerous facilities in the desert State, with TMZ reporting that the disgraced mogul will be checking into the famous The Meadows Addiction Treatment Center.

Previous celebrities to use the facility include Tiger Woods, Selena Gomez and Kate Moss.

A representative for Weinstein told Page Six: “We cannot comment on his location.”

It comes just hours after Hollywood star Ewan McGregor slammed Weinstein, 64, saying he heard "rumours" about the movie mogul's behaviour over many years.

McGregor, the star of the Trainspotting films, said Weinsten was getting his "just deserts" and added: "Bye bully."

The Oscar-winning producer has also been accused of raping three women in bombshell new allegations.

Weinstein travelled the globe promoting his movies and The Sun has now revealed how he was obsessed with Prince Harry's ex Cressida Bonas.

Cara Delevingne has also claimed the mogul attacked her

The 28-year-old became "creeped out" by the producer, while TV’s Laura Whitmore also feared for her safety around the film-maker after he offered to boost her career.

It comes as singer Rita Ora and Harry Potter star Emma Watson spoke out against the mogul.

Model-turned-actress Cara Delevingne claimed on Instagram Weinstein tried to kiss her and attempted to force her to have a threesome in his hotel suite.

A spokesperson for the FBI in New York told the Mail: "We do not confirm or deny the existence of ongoing investigations."
