A MURDER victim’s daughter says that she is terrified of the killer’s imminent jail release.
Shirley Oliver, 42, was beaten and strangled in 2005 by two brothers over a £400 car repair bill.
Christopher and Stuart Jones were jailed for life at Cardiff crown court.
Now Christopher, 34, is set to be freed following a parole hearing.
Yesterday Shirley’s daughter, mum-of-three Stephanie Davies, 34, said: “My fear is it will be as soon as next week.
“The fact I have no idea where he is going to be terrifies me.
“I could bump into him at the supermarket or the cinema with my children. How can that be right?
“He could very well be coming back to Cardiff. It’s outrageous that we can’t be told.”
A Parole Board spokesman confirmed: “Christopher Jones is undergoing a parole review.”
