The pair are among four boys and six girls who will play a part in the ceremony this Saturday.
Both Meghan and Harry have chosen children close to their heart to take part, with Prince William's eldest two children securing starring roles.
As well as Charlotte, the bridesmaids will include Ms Markle's seven-year-old twin goddaughters Rylan Litt and Remi Litt.
What we know so far…
- Meghan Markle's dad Thomas will reportedly undergo major heart surgery on Wednesday afternoon and WON'T attend the Royal Wedding on Saturday
- He'd earlier said he wouldn't be attending for fear of embarrassing Meghan and the royal family over staged paparazzi photos
- The 73-year-old suffered a heart scare last week which he has reportedly blamed on an open letter by his son Tom Jr
- Mr Markle backed Meghan's mum Doria Ragland to give her away instead after he pulled out
- Mum Doria is said to not be on speaking terms with Thomas Markle, angry his family has been trashing Meghan
- The bride's best friend Jessica Mulroney jetted into London Heathrow last night, with her kids – who will be in the wedding – by her side
- Kensington Palace today announced that Prince George and Princess Charlotte would be among the bridesmaids and page boys at the wedding
- But despite the chaos Kensington Palace sources said the wedding would still go ahead
Harry's goddaughters, three-year-old Florence van Cutsem and two-year-old Zalie Warren, are also bridesmaids, along with Ivy Mulroney, the four-year-old daughter of Meghan's best friend Jessica Mulroney.
Ivy's twin brothers, seven-year-old Brian and John Mulroney, will be page boys alongside Prince George and Harry's godson Jasper Dyer, six.
Princess Charlotte and Prince George
The two eldest children of Prince William and Kate Middleton will be by their uncle's side for the royal wedding.
The pair are certain to shine in front during the ceremony – with three-year-old Charlotte and four-year-old George having already been involved in their aunt Pippa Middleton's wedding.
Despite being the middle child, Charlotte could be the more confident of herself and George, having led the way into the Lindo Wing to meet their new baby brother Louis – who will not be attending the wedding.
And here's hoping that Charlotte might give us another glimpse of that adorable wave…
Ivy and twin brothers Brian and John Mulroney
Four-year-old Ivy and her seven-year-old brothers Brian and John are the children of Meghan Markle's best friend, Jessica Mulroney.
The youngest in the family's name is actually Isabel Veronica but she is nicknamed Ivy.
The Canadian family jetted into London Heathrow Airport last night in preparation for the big day.
Jessica has already been heavily involved in the wedding planning, said to have flown to the UK earlier this year for some of Meghan's wedding dress fittings.
Sisters Remi and Rylan Litt
These adorable bridesmaids are sure to steal the show on Saturday.
Remi, six, and Rylan, seven, are the goddaughters of Meghan, who has been the good friend of their mum Benita Litt for years.
The Suits actress is so close to the family that she even helped them decorate their Christmas tree last year.
The bride has nicknamed the gorgeous girls her "fairy goddaughters".
Their mum Benita runs her own brand agency where she helps others to start businesses.
Six-year-old Jasper is the godson of Prince Harry, and the son of Amanda and Mark Dyer.
Mark Dyer has been a key figure in Prince Harry's life since his childhood, becoming a mentor to the 33-year-old royal.
Florence van Cutsem
Little Florence is the goddaughter of Prince Harry, and the daughter of his long-standing family friend Major Nicholas van Cutsem and Alice van Cutsem.
Major van Cutsem, a major with the Household Cavalry's Life Guards, has been a friend of Harry and William's since childhood.
While the three-year-old hasn't been in the public eye much, the tot's older sister Grace made headlines when she was photographed covering her ears as Prince William and Kate Middleton wed in 2011.
Here's hoping young Florence doesn't make the same mistake.
Zalie, two, is the goddaughter of Prince Harry and the daughter of one of his best friends, Jake Warren.
Harry grew up with Jake, with the young man one of Princess Diana's godson's.
The pair have been frequently spotted at royal events together.

Kensington Palace confirmed that Meghan had been depending on her close-knit group of friends while planning the wedding, saying: "They have all been actively involved in helping her prepare and will be there with her to celebrate on the day."
Friends and family have already started to fly into London – a much needed source of comfort for bride-to-be Meghan after it was her dad Thomas Markle announced he would not be able to attend the wedding due to a heart operation.
The 73-year-old, who lives in Mexico, had initially said he would walk his daughter down the aisle, but then pulled out after it was revealed he had posed in staged snaps with paparazzi.
