Shocking footage shows a woman attacking a pregnant soldier and her colleague after her son allegedly screamed "black lesbian b*****s" at them during a row ‘over a parking space.’
Judy Tucker, 71, and her son, Robbie Tucker, were seen hitting out at two soldiers in mobile phone footage after apparently following them inside a restaurant in Georgia.
According to a police report, Stephanie Mitchell and Treasure Sharpe claimed Mr Tucker called them "black lesbian b*****s" after fuming about how they had parked their car.
Witnesses also claim he shouted “I didn’t know they allowed lesbians to serve" during the dispute at a Cheddar’s in Macon, Georgia on Saturday.
Witness LaKeycia Ward captured footage of Mrs Tucker fighting with the women after Mrs Sharpe starts filming her when she confronts them while waiting for a table.
Mrs Tucker tries to grab her phone while yelling “Don’t you take a picture of me.
"You do not have the right to take a picture of me."
Mr Tucker then goes towards the women before people step in to diffuse the situation.
The soldier yells to Mrs Tucker: “First of all, I’m pregnant."
The mum and son and Mrs Tucker’s daughter Angie were then kicked out of the restaurant, according to witnesses.
The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office confirmed they had arrested Tucker on a charge of simple battery and released on a £450 bond.
Her son Mr Tucker has not been charged after it was decided she was "the primary aggressor."
Mrs Tucker admitted to police that she was upset with a woman who was taping her and tried to grab the phone.
She claimed the other woman grabbed her and scratched her arm and alleged that "it all started because she was white and it was a race issue."
Mrs Mitchell told the deputies that they were backing into a parking space when Tucker’s son, Robbie, approached them and said they should learn how to park and called them "dumb b*****s."
After they went inside the restaurant, they said Mr Tucker approached them again and called them "black lesbian b*****s," according to a police report.
The report says that after Mrs Sharpe said she was pregnant "Mrs Tucker lunged and struck (her) in the face.
"With all the lunging and slapping happening, it was never shown through cell phone video that Mrs Mitchell or Mrs Sharpe did anything wrong."
Police said they could not get the Cheddar’s video due to technical issues, but they are still investigating.
Cheddar’s, told WMAZ in a statement: "We were appalled by the behavior of the individuals who confronted the two female service members.
"Such behavior flies in the face of our values and those individuals are no longer welcome in our restaurant."
