A woman was injured Tuesday afternoon when a chunk of the ceiling collapsed at the Borough Hall subway station in Brooklyn.
The incident happened just before 4 p.m. on the Manhattan-bound 4/5 platform.
Pictures posted on social media show a light dangling and the plaster and concrete chunks covering a large part of the platform for Manhattan-bound 4 and 5 trains, which has been roped off.
“Northbound 4 and 5 trains are bypassing Borough Hall because of fallen debris on the platform at Borough Hall,” the MTA posted on Twitter.
